The Return Flight Experience
Return Flight is a holistic paid workforce re-entry and support program, which lasts for a minimum of 12 weeks. The program provides the potential of permanent employment upon successful completion of the return flight 12-week period.
The first step is applying for one of the Return Flight opportunities in either Engineering, Operations, IT, Finance, or Supply Chain.
The program focuses on learning, development, and workplace transition. This includes a tailored onboarding and program orientation, foundational upskilling and professional and leadership skills development.
You will be paired with a mentor and buddy to support your return to work and professional development. Together, we will help you develop your internal professional network.
Once the Return Flight program has been successfully completed, the skills you have gained and developed will give you the confidence to keep growing your career.
