This role can be based in Glasgow, Bristol, Reading or Warrington. The role will require some remote working.

Working in Energy Technology and Security, you will be involved in planning, managing, and delivering programmes of work to support nuclear safety critical infrastructure, throughout the UK in a multidiscipline environment. The team includes a wealth of experience and expertise in the design and substantiation of nuclear safety related structures and equipment. Sharing of knowledge and learning of new skills is actively encouraged. There is a requirement for additional Safety Case Engineers to support projects throughout the UK and occasionally further afield in Europe. Responsibilities will include, take a lead role in the development of nuclear safety cases, communication with clients and other design team members and participation in Design Reviews, HAZOPs and stakeholder meetings, contributing to the development of designs for complex nuclear facilities, operational and design safety, and developing good safety culture.
Essential experience required includes having experience and knowledge of safety case procedures and systems at UK nuclear licensed and or Authorised sites and a proven track record in delivering safety case documentation.
