STEM Returners have once again teamed up with BAE Systems, this time providing placements at their Air division for those looking to return to STEM!
The Human Factors Shared Service operates as an internal source of Human Factors specialisms for Military Aircraft’s products and services and we have an opportunity to add to our team. If you know why people do what they do, how people make decisions, how they perceive their environment and react to the things around them then you may be the person we need. Would you like to be involved in the design of the air vehicles and support systems of the future?
We have great opportunities for Human Factors practitioners to work on complex, innovative and world leading projects such as Tempest, Typhoon and CAAP. These roles will entail undertaking cutting edge research into new and novel technologies, developing Human Machine Interfaces, carrying out assessments in high fidelity simulation facilities, whilst interacting with the end users including test pilots, maintainers, trainers or support specialists.
