We provide coaching, we undertake recruitment, and we run workshops and events. Our approach is practical, pragmatic and positive – and is always underpinned by the latest industry research.
We have a special interest in supporting returners, and have worked with hundreds of returners to date. We understand that any career gap, short or long, can feel daunting for both the person returning to work and any prospective employer. But, from our experience, we have seen just how quickly such a career gap can be bridged when the right person is placed in the right role, with the right support.
We aim to support returners into a broad range of organisations and roles, and in particular, to encourage more women returners into STEM roles in the future.
