STEM Returners’ founder Natalie Desty has been awarded a brand new professional qualification from Inclusive Employers, adding further credentials to her authority on diversity, equality and inclusion.
Natalie was recently awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Engineering by Solent University, for her services to diversity in engineering.
Inclusive Employers’ Level 6 Inclusion Qualification – with the CMI – has modules focused on workplace inclusion including – ‘Leading equality and diversity’ and ‘Ethical organisational management’.
This qualification is aligned to CMI Professional Standards and is designed for individuals wishing to develop professional management and leadership practice who will have the knowledge, skills and behaviours to drive business activities in a senior, regional specialist or director level management and leadership role.

Both new equality, diversity and inclusion leads at STEM Returners – Anouska Carling and Claire Goodall – are currently completing the modules to attain the CMI qualifications.
