This pivotal role will lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive talent strategy – encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing development. Your expertise will shape employer branding initiatives, solidifying the company’s reputation as a top-tier workplace where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify resource and competency gaps in all areas of the business
- Develop strategic resource and succession plan
- Work with HR Director to ensure company offering achieves Employer Of Choice status
- Market the business to attract suitable candidates
- Plan and Lead Recruitment Campaigns for all skill sets
- Manage the interface with and performance of company Recruitment Providers
- Work with Hiring Managers to develop Role Profiles and application requirements
- Review applications and arrange interviews and assessments
- Manage the Offer and Induction Processes for new joiners
- Manage the Graduate Development Programme
- Manage the Apprentice Programme
- Develop and manage a suitable Talent Development Programme
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in recruitment of engineering business staff
- Experience of hiring large numbers of specialists for Projects
- Driven by On Time Delivery
- Strong Completer Finisher
- Good network and knowledge of the marine sector
- Good at managing service providers
