Base Location: We’re proud to offer a Flexible First approach to work, and this role is no exception. Your base location will be one of our SSE Renewables offices – Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Reading or Dublin.
Working Pattern: Full Time, Part Time and Flexible options available

To support these ambitions and deliver our Net Zero Acceleration Programme, we’re recruiting an Operations Project Manager into our Offshore Asset Management team. You’ll be involved in development of strategy, operational projects, integration, and performance improvement across our offshore wind portfolio.
What do I need?
We’re looking for people who can bring big ideas, new skills, and innovative thinking to help us grow and successfully deliver Net Zero. Safety is at the heart of everything we do, so you’ll need to be able to demonstrate this personally and support the further development of our safety culture.
We would also love you to have:
- Established people management and leadership skills, including excellent stakeholder management experience and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge and understanding of project management systems and governance arrangements for large capital projects and project control processes.
- A delivery focussed approach to work, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and prioritise risks and actions effectively.
