A high degree of investment is required to assist a STEM returner get to back into a profession, however a STEM returner makes a fundamental decision and commitment to this process when first engaging with STEM Returners and I believe this helps find passionate people who just need a hand developing technical skills and getting back into industry.
How did the overall STEM Returners approach benefit you and your wider team?
STEM Returners opened up a wider candidate pool than would have otherwise been selected. STEM Returners team did a great job to pre-screen and interview potential candidates ahead of putting candidates forwards to Dow which helped finding the best people for the role.
